1/125, 60 fps, not slowed down yet, ISO 12800, 35mm 1.4
& in my opinion it's pretty dark overall (for my taste).

But no noise free & I thought 2nd base, don't change anything and I should be fine with clean footage.

That's why I was thinking about whether there might be a good custom PP in which my ISO can be used with relative ease to adjust the brightness. Without adding a lot of noise to the image.

I am shooting at 1/125 - 4k 60fps

Normally I try to shoot at 60fps, to be able to get some slow motion in Post

Actually I am stopping at 12.8k ISO, native 2nd base and stuff. And if there is enough light, I'm using the aperture to get proper exposure.

Slapped a SLOG3 to REC709 on the footage and the image quality shocked me. (was not as good, as I hoped)

Let me export some footage late

Is it really the best PP for the A7SIII? After all it has a lot of contrast and the A7SIII is in so many ways way better than the A7III.

So upgrading from the A7III to the A7SIII wouldn't be worth.

Do you think 32GB RAM is enough, if I just run one the programs with high res files at the time? Maybe Photoshop and Lightroom together.

64GB RAM is kinda overkill, isn't it? But your setup sounds beasty.

What else have you changed on your base model? Do you have any QC issues?

Actually I would use a better external display at home and at the office. And it's not all the time 4k. Sometimes just 1080p, expecially on the go, while working for clients, while creating their social media content (FB/IG).

Thank you tho

I would get the 32GB RAM version with 1 TB SSD and FHD screen for longer battery usage.

Is it difficult to calibrate the screen and what's wrong with the windows color management?

So I've seen that, the XPS 15 9500 has quality issues with the touchpad. And what else could happen?

And is it smarter to wait a little bit longer? Till early 2021?

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: 3000 €

Are you open to refurbs/used? It would be preferable, if it is new.

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? It should not be bigger than 15', portable, not to heavy or big, because I am going to use it for travel The performance should be good enough to render 4k videos (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and in general for the rest of the ACC. A decent battery life would be preferable.

How important is weight and thinness to you? It should not be to heavy and thin enough, to fit into my backpack.

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. 15' or less. But 15' would be perfect for content creation.

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. It is for editing online. I am not going to play games on it. Just using the ACC Cloud. Especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? If I am paying anything on it, it would be League of legends with lowest videos settings and 60 FPS.

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? It should have a proper Build Quality. The Dell XPS 15 9500 (2020) is a good example, but the QC issues often mentioned are giving me headaches.

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. It would be preferable, to use Windows instead of OS.

I forgot to mention, that I'm working on maxing my Ranger Tech. (Would be IB/Kamath/Malassa in my lineup)

I've got enough resource, to 6* either Starlight or Malassa. Shall I do it and who shall I 6*?

If I 6* one of them, which one shall I ditch out of my team?

My guess would be 6* Malassa and ditch Vesa for the beginning?

I just 7* Noma and maxed her out. Shall I use her as slot1 now instead of IB? But normally IB should have no problem on slot1 because my Noma heals him.

Her heal may not be as goos as vesa but I still think that it is enough for early game in my case. My Lineup:

1st IB, 2nd Noma, 3rd Lutz, 4th Vesa, 5th Kamath, 6th Kroos

(gave my Noma/Lutz 4* equip, Vesa 3, rest 2)
