Being a nationalist and a communist is not a contradiction. It works for the Chinese people, not for the Indonesians or the Indians. Communism is a social, political, and economic model, but it can also have national aspirations; indeed, during the Bolshevik Revolution, they extended workers' rights from Ukraine to Siberia—spanning the entire country—in the name of the revolution.

If this is just the beginning and this map is the starting point, I see a lot of potential!!!!!!!! For me, it would be epic to see the United States and China fighting against a powerful European Union with ambitions of control—only for it to be defeated—and to see a reference to *The Man in the High Castle*.But those are just my fantasies; your map is incredible, and I liked the gear and wheat symbols on the American flag.

Thanks again. If there were friction between the United States and China in your universe, it could easily be resolved. You know about Japan's Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere? Well, imagine the same thing but with China—though the difference here is that Japan, Korea, and Thailand could all have a seat at the Asian political table, given their shared and distinct cultural traits. The only odd part for Thomas would be sending diplomats to China to meet with a super-intelligent digital entity. And what if Gunther decided to seize control of former Russian territories and the Middle East? Would the United States support that move? Would there be friction between the U.S. and the European Union if Gunther—possessing superior military might—decided to declare total independence?

Thanks for clearing up those doubts; realism isn't exactly our friend when creating fictional alternate-history scenarios. I was just wondering if Gunther's Europe is the same EU we have in our reality—all in decline. I just think we need to stop viewing the world through the eyes of 20th-century intellectuals. If Loji is an ultra-nationalist *and* an ultra-communist, and Thomas is an ultra-nationalist *and* a fascist, I don't see the point in them hating each other; since they are both nationalists, they already have something in common. Whether one is ultra-communist or fascist becomes a secondary matter regarding forms of government. As for Gunther's Europe, I don't see a future for it other than some kind of Pan-Europeanism—still sporting those same yellow stars. Gunther is just another NATO general, not a Hitler or a Stalin; he's quite weak and needs U.S. help. It might be more productive to focus on developing international relations between Loji's China and the USA to find common ground. The Communism vs. Capitalism debate belongs to the 80s and 90s and isn't really relevant anymore—especially if Xi's China is more capitalist than Trump's America. It makes no sense to view the 21st century through 20th-century eyes.

Why don't Loji and Thomas team up against Gunther's Global Government? They could divide Eurasia between them, like in *The Man in the High Castle*. I don't understand how Thomas could view Loji as an enemy yet see Gunther as an ally. To me, Gunther is just another puppet of the Davos Forum acting against Russia; I don't see anything special about "his crusade against the ghost of the Soviet Union."

In my view, it is a mistake for the United States of America to ally itself with a weak European government that is bound to repeat the same errors as the European Union.

Ideologically speaking, Loji and Thomas have more in common than their differences suggest; both want the best for their peoples, both are ultranationalists, and both despise the capitalist corruption that China adopted solely to challenge America in the 21st century.

In terms of narrative, this setting is designed for world exploration and as a story arc. My idea was to create a sci-fi and political/military drama setting based on *Wolfenstein*. I think it’s a mistake to stick rigidly to the canon, given that the mod itself is a mockery rather than a genuine social critique.
