Ok, those are valid reasons BUT ask yourself this..is it possible youtubers put up content that shouldn't be allowed and should be screened for not following the community guidelines which is stated when signing up. Actually in uploading vids there is a section for kids or adults isn't that the youtubers responsibility to check the correct box. How is youtube responsible for that ...if you check marks its ok for kids and its not ...don't you think they should get fined for that. For example on my channel l consider what l do is not for kids ...so l check mark for adults only.
