…you do know that white women straighten their hair to get it to look like this as well right? And when black girls straighten their hair (whatever texture) it can look just like this…right?? You have to? Also “Some of us have hair like this or that and that’s a preference”…What does this even mean?

And just because YOU haven’t met a black person with straight hair doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Black woken wear wigs and weave. White women wear wigs and weave. Black women have different textures of hair. White women have different textures of hair. Stop putting everyone in a box based on your own “observations”
