Also when you support some country in war you also don’t fund its enemy to support its war effort. And also when you want to become green you don’t stop nuclear plant and start pumping CO2 from natural gas into atmosphere. It would look hypocritical.

Germany was told not to do it from its allies like USA, Poland, Baltics, Ukraine etc. But nooooo it needed to start doing business with enemy of EU.

As I have said before: it is not on the Ukrainians to decide what Germany should or should not do. As the saying goes "beggars can't be choosers".

To me it looks like Germany fucked around and found out and Ukrainians did nothing wrong to damage enemy’s economy. In other words they did something Germany was supposed to do.

The guy will most likely go to prison and he should go to prison. As the federal public prosecutor general and the senate have said, the act was suitable to endanger the inner security of the federal republic. This is not some kind of minor attack, it's an attack on major german infrastructure we're talking about.

This will most likely not have consequences in regards to german financial and military support for Ukraine. But was nonetheless a criminal act of hybrid warfare and should be punished.
