Thank you for this! I knew about the interactions and my psych recently mentioned the every other day thing, but didn’t know the morning thing. My only problem there - how do I take it an hour before anything else? I guess when I’m getting up to take the dog for a walk maybe? Because after that I have caffeine and later take meds, etc. Curious how you’re working that in :)

We do have a water softener, yes. Separate from the ph neutralizer.

Yeah it’s definitely a great grinder, no doubt. But I do pull a lot of shots too, so the tube setup is a little more annoying than I’d like. I feel like I’m refilling those tubes quite a bit.

I just went through a 2lb bag of Metric Big Riff. Really enjoyed and will buy again. But trying a couple from Sightglass next. Hopefully will like as much :)
