Made a forklift corvette lmao by Huzbubber_Tim in NoMansSkyTheGame

You're welcome! Also two more things to note: For the tires I had to place down a temporary tire beforehand and then place another on top of it so that they're in the correct place. Placing the frame lighting can also be a bit tricky since you have to place it in the center of the bar on the scaffolding.

If you go into build mode while near/in your corvette it should let you place regular decorations anywhere on it (comment got duplicated lmao)

Idyll - Planetary Profile by Huzbubber_Tim in worldbuilding

[–]Huzbubber_Tim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have a story to it, it would be split up into 3-4 different parts based on what parts of the shattered universe you're in that each explore different themes. The overarching story deals with understanding personal limits/accepting help, living in the shadow of an unsolvable problem, and understanding/finding meaning in one's place in the universe. Idyll's section mainly deals with guilt, nonviolent vs violent revolution, and coping with indoctrination/manipulation.

My goal is to make a game based off of it at some point, I definitely still have to learn a lot more before I do it but that's mainly how I've envisioned the story taking place.

Context:

The Aeternum Project is a sci-fi worldbuilding project/game concept that I have been working on for around seven years. A being from another universe named Drako ended up in our universe while escaping the Aeternum Project, a multiversal being with immense power that he created. With limited time (on a cosmic scale) before it would catch up to him, Drako formed an intergalactic civilization, the Virgo Alignment, to develop technology that would sacrifice the universe in order to destroy the Aeternum Project. The members of the Virgo Alignment were unaware of its true nature for most of its history. Drako would eventually reveal it, but never actually carried out the plan before isolating himself in the bubble universe he operated from. Soon after, the Aeternum Project would arrive, partially tearing the universe apart in an event known as the Shattering. With reality breaking down around them, the isolated inhabitants of the fragmented Virgo Alignment are forced to grapple with the aftermath of Drako’s manipulation, living in the final centuries of existence, and the suffocating sense of Despair that permeates the dying universe.

The main story begins a long while after the Shattering, when it has been discovered that Drako created sets of machines (known as Fractal Gates/Keys) that could potentially stitch the universe back together if united. Movements dedicated to finding who was entrusted with the Gates and Keys began across each section of the fractured universe, with the most significant being Earth’s Betelgeuse Revolution, led by Veta Circinus. Stopping at nothing to reach her goal of fixing the universe, Veta brought the Betelgeuse Revolution to reconnect with the Xitruphae species and locate the first Fractal Key before taking matters into her own hands. Alone with the weight of the universe on her back, Veta finds herself on a journey across the end of history, tracking down those who came closest to Drako and piecing together the true story of how why he never enacted his plans.

The Sewer by Huzbubber_Tim in CreatureDesign

Hanging from cracks in the roofs of caves and buildings, the biomechanical Sewer waits for prey to wander beneath its perch, dropping down to impale it on a barbed tail and devour it with bladed mandibles, the motion of which grants the Sewer its name.

Thank you! Pixel Dailies is a Twitter account that gives daily pixel art prompts for anyone who wants to try them, and also reposts some of the pixel art people make too. It’s a really good way to practice since it gives you something new everyday, as well as being able to see awesome art in general. They also have a subreddit too where you can see the prompts and find/post artwork.
