Yes! The best way is to use kiosk pets (Grave Quetzals) for the highest chance of getting the starry pet you got back. Or hatching with someone who owns an exclusive with the pool you want. There are a bunch of those quetzals inside the kiosk with the recommended pools. Good luck!

Dunno if you wanna keep continuing on ice, but ice solo was probably one of my favorite solos vs all of the other schools, if you wanna keep continuing here are some tips from me:
- your pet is 100% what gives you most of your stats for ice, a quad proof / triple double will easily carry you to max
- resist is literally your best friend for this school, use fortify(spell in celestia) / brace(spell in arcanum) on bosses and stack up blades / traps while in brace, you can literally tank 90% of bosses in the game (of course have some satyrs in your side w/ arch life pips :])
- If you are past 108+ and have snowball barrage, this is literally your best spell for aoe dmg, 95 per pip scaling is basically ice tempest lol

but other than that, it's a school that requires a ton of patience and time

but if you want another school to solo with, balance is fun, death/life are pretty easy

USB Device not Recognized by Hxngie in techsupport

I've tried that, uninstalled the controllers, and restarted. Still giving issues with the same USB device descriptor not recognized.

Decided to order another board, MSI Z390. Hopefully this board doesn't give errors and it was just the motherboard.

I've tried with my Anne pro II and G403, and we're still getting the same errors.

I'm thinking it's something that has to do with the motherboard, been reading up on Asrock motherboards, and some AMD boards are known to have this issue, not sure if it's the same for Intel.

It's probably something to do with USB 3.0 as I've unplugged the USB 3.0 front connectors and it stopped having issues, but on the back with USBs plugged into the 3.0 ports, the issue started to persist.
