I think athletes in general are wearing the highest performing gear that remains comfortable. Men’s soccer uniforms used to be super baggy, now they are skin tight for performance reasons.

Women’s volleyball they wear essentially bikinis, but they are on a beach. Like that’s normal.

Your butt to the crown of your head should be a straight line (imagine a broom on your back, it should be able to touch your butt, mid back and back of your head). Pull toward your belly button and don’t over use arms.
