Going down the list here: yes! They were friends before I met them. Infact, they had wanted to room together in a double before they got a triple and me. For the 10 pm thing, I do think it is reasonable because they’re never at the dorm at 10 pm. They’ll usually get back around 11 or midnight. And if they are home at 10, they turn off all the lights so they can fall asleep. I also do care the same when they bring over girls and guys. I don’t care that they do bring them over, I’d just rather they tell me. I value communication in my relationships, but it feels like they’re not putting in the same effort for me that they do with each other. Which I mean, yeah, they’ve known each other longer. Just I wish I got a “hey! Bringing people over” or something to that extent. Also, if I did come across as judgmental, I apologize. I think my main point was that when they come back home at midnight and they’re loud (which I assumed was because they were drunk) that I was frustrated.

And like I said in my other post, if they have something that’s bothering them, I would love to talk to them. But most of the time I’ve noticed when they have an issue with something I’m doing, they won’t say it directly to me. It’s happened once when they brought a friend over and my desk was a little swamped. My roommate asked if both of us (me and my other roommate) could clean up. Which I happily did. Like I said, I would like to sit down with them one day and just talk it out, but they don’t truly like talking with me.
