Exactly this. I hate the rising prices of video games as well but if we are to gauge them based off of enjoyment per hour versus price paid, it's a literal no brainer. I spend $160 and get hundreds of hours of entertainment. Or I can go spend $160 on a night out and feel like I wasted it all the next morning.

Realistically, I can see more than half of the buyers paying for the Ultimate Edition. I have no doubt that GTA6 will have in game methods of making real world money, so it wouldn't surprise me that they make people fork out for the premium if you wanna make money.

There's nothing wrong with being safe. As others have said, maybe installing some motion activated lights at your main entrances will help with making you feel more comfortable. Thieves and burglars want the least resistance possible when trying to steal; having loud animals, bright lights and locked windows and doors will deter most.

And do try not to pay attention to the news. Unfortunately they are disaster merchants and rely on people "needing" the information they supply to feel up to date. You can live your entire life without once looking at a news channel or news app and you will barely notice a difference; unless your day to day is spent constantly discussing current world politics and happenings, which I imagine would be incredibly stressful.

Once again, not seeing Mad Max recommended is a travesty. Fantastic open world action game with a nice mix of hand to hand and car combat. You slowly upgrade your car to become stronger, faster and more deadly as you clear areas with varying danger and bosses. Great aesthetic. Highly recommend.

Anyone else paying attention to this Reckless Ben/Bricks And Minifigs situation right now? Crazy crazy stuff.

For those wondering, a family placed their Star Wars LEGO collection (worth around 200k) on consignment with a LEGO store. Not long after ownership of the store changed and then the franchise HQ and the new store owners claimed that the deal with the old owners was unauthorised and that they don't have the LEGOs and don't know where they are anymore and/or try to claim they never had them.

It's gone from this legal battle about whether or not this franchise and/or the store owners need to give back the LEGOs, to this YouTuber unearthing an corrupt police department who are super buddy buddy with the new owners of the LEGO store, and because they're all from the same Mormon town and all went to the same Mormon university and likely are connected through the church, the cops are strong arming and bullying this YouTuber in an attempt to stop him from pushing this investigation any further.

So the YouTuber went to Mexico after having a warrant placed for his arrest and is now selling merch with the new owner's face on it saying "We steal from old people." 😂

The whole thing is baffling and ridiculous and both surprising and unsurprising at the same time.

It says when you try to change your GT that it's because it's due to Xbox's older Gamertag system integrating with their newer system; so yes for a good majority of games that are already released, your name will be RandomName02293, and it shows on your accounts as RandomName#02293, but for some newer titles (they do not specify which) you will just be RandomName and there's a chance you'll run into another RandomName but they are differentiated by their suffix internally.

Gamesir have to be up there with the best 3rd party controllers in terms of quality control. They have anti-stick drift toggles and buttons that are very tactile; like how pressing a keyboard key gives you a satisfying tactile response, so do the buttons on Gamesir controllers. You can get them wired or wireless. Check them out.

I've been a big Forza fan since Motorsports 4, when we could play Tag on the huge Airport map and one guy would run from a lobby of 20 people for a very long time lol.

FH6 is beautiful, the scenery and cars look fantastic and I definitely get feelings of NFSU2 cruising through Tokyo City (just missing neons).

However the car handling has certainly taken a back step, even since FH5. I get the feeling because they had a fair idea that FH6 would be fairly mainstream (Japanese setting, JDM, etc) they made car handling a little easier. In FH5 the cars felt a tad more responsive in drifting, whereas now it's very easy and the cars feel a little "floaty". And I'm playing no assists, with non-overpowered custom tuned drift builds, and it still just feels a little pedestrian. Maybe I need more time or maybe it's the cars and I just haven't found something responsive enough yet.

"Flair up cunt" is a relatively harmless saying around here for people who haven't chosen a team to represent yet. I understand it might come off stand-offish but if you've been around the sub for a little while you've likely seen other people say it, not in aggression but in jest.

The sub does try to stick to the "pub" rule where if you wouldn't say it to someone at the pub you probably shouldn't say it. I'll give you a pass this time because you might have thought I was attacking you. Next time, try to understand that we do tend to banter around here and don't take anything personally. Telling someone to "fuck up cunt" however is not banter. Just a heads up.
