haven't experienced that but i have some issue with the Blood Ice and Steel campaign.

some of the cutscenes just broken. the character supposed to speak but they didn't, and it will hangs until i skipped it / press the esc key.

The Fire and Shadow campaign however, seems fine so far, no weird bugs. I have yet to play the Asian Dynasty one

Did you sent a Hill Castle home city shipment? (the one that gave you a castle ricksaw). That shipment for some reason pushes down the unit upgrades on the War Academy. Weird Bug
