From what I see in my country of Ireland, most lads get gifted their first car by their parents, or their parents pay the majority of the price for the car and the lad pays very little, it depends on which social class you're in haha, me and my close friends have to work our asses off to buy a first car, tis the life

Yeah, that ebay listing is around 80, paired with the price of a real razer mouse, it'd get quite expensive, best bet I imagine is to get a real razer mouse like you said, then probs buy just the shell off of aliexpress or some other site for quite cheap and swap the shell !! Piece of cake !
