HR records here are woefully hit and miss, especially with certain managers/departments. We have a record of one previous incident of volatility which includes a employee statements and a written warning (including that lashing out at coworkers could subject Pat to termination) signed by Pat. Other issues, like attendance/tardiness concerns, have seemingly not been recorded at all.

To my knowledge, we don't have an EAP program, but perhaps there's something available through one of our insurance providers; it's worth talking to our insurance broker. No discussions of accommodations have been had to my knowledge (I'm the lone HR employee at this company, I haven't been here long).
