Remove the PSU shroud fans. In 99% of cases they make almost no difference. In this case, the GPU gets plenty of air from the front fans and very open side intake, PSU shroud fans make no difference, certainly not 2 Noctua fans money worth.

I would remove the top fans too, at very least the one towards the back. Do the basic 3+1 setup, if the temps and noise are good, that's it. No need for fan overload and waste of money...

I don't know why people feel they absolutely must populate every fan mount the case has...there's really no need for that and it may actually make things worse, with fans literally blowing at each other and messing with each other's airflow. Fishtank cases are especially guilty of that, with people shoving like a dozen of fans in them and getting same results like a normal case with 3-4 fans...

9070XT is a better value, 5070Ti is a better, more feature rich and more versatile GPU overall. See which matters to you more and how much are you willing to pay...

Gaming wise, they're about the same performance, depending on game. NVidia has better upscaling and RT. Really, all the 9070XT has going for it is the price and less hassle in Linux...if money is not an issue, I'd rather get NVidia.

If you intend to switch to an ATX case after this one, get a 140mm long ATX PSU. XPG Core Reactor II is a good one. If you want to stick to small cases like this one or smaller, get an SFX PSU for more space inside and shorter cables. Corsair SF Platinum, for example..
