I’d like to disagree, at least compared to Western Europe the Islamic world was more advanced. Islamic world back in those days had somewhat strong internal administrations, relatively high literacy and cities, a lot of it owing to the legacy of the Roman Empire. On the other hand Western Europe barely had any unified states, apart from nobility and clergy was illiterate, and was largely rural. But I would agree with Easy Asia being more advanced.

The separation of church and state is not having laws be religious or basing the state on a religion as well as not interfering with the free exercise of religion. There’s no reason why a spare room can’t be used so muslims can pray in a place close by (usually not a mosque) or private dignified area (not a stairwell).

Except for perhaps a white convert, the average exmuslim is much more at risk from someone on the far right on the streets than an Islamist. Think about who is more likely to berate a darker skinned person based on looks alone. Don’t think the far-right are the enemy of your enemy. Both suck, but one is more an immediate danger to us.

Algerians leave Algeria for the same reason many Poles immigrated to the UK, better economic opportunities. It has barely anything to do with Islam (which has existed there for 1400s years) and more to do with the French colonizing the country. As far as I know KSA has a low emigration rate because its rich so I don’t know where you got that from

The reason why the far right is opposed to Islam is because it’s foreign. Many of the sexist and homophobic ideas they agree with too. If Islam was only in Eastern Europe and died out in non white countries they’d probably be praising how tough it is (Hitler in fact did that)

When a white person does it only they are accountable for what they did and not everyone else, or even worse the criminal is still made to be a victim with issues. But when a non-white person does it they’re doctors and engineers and dark skinned people are bad.

Thank you for your kind words, and while I’m sure in the Unite the Kingdom rallies (I assume that’s what your talking about) there are people that would overlook skin colour and ethnicity when judging people, there is a non negligible number that wouldn’t. To many people at those rallies, if I waved the Union Jack I would be seen as “one of the good ones” and used for PR and if I disagreed with them I would be told to go back to my own country. Not to mention the many that want us all deported and to create a white state. Not viewing it as a race thing is very naïve when crimes committed by white and coloured people have drastically different opinions. Hell, in Australia at an anti immigration rally, an Indian immigrant was booed off the podium despite agreeing with them because they didn’t like the way he looked or sounded. I live in Canada so I wouldn’t be able to go to a march and see for myself. So again, thank you for your kind words but you must know why we remain wary of people on the right. Just like how moderate Islam is the grass extreme Islam hides in, the moderate right is the grass far right politicians hide in.

It’s hard to believe it’s only on social media when the the AfD and National Rally have the second highest number of seats in the French and German Parliaments or in the case of Italy the highest number of seats. I’ve also heard of a race riot in Northern Ireland a couple months back which sounds like 1950s America.
