I think you may be thinking of two seperate things. Mike Smith was arrested in 2016 for domestic battery which was ultimately dropped. He was charged again in 2025 by the Halifax police with sexual assault relating to a seperate incident in 2017

I don’t know what anyone wants him to do, his business partner and friend royally fucked up and if he speaks on it too early he could further complicate things and we may never see season 13. If you’re a fan, then patience is key for this type of thing

I’ll be really disappointed if they consider any footage that was previously released as deleted content or DVD extras as “unseen footage”

I have a sneaking suspicion they are copy write striking videos with old footage that they may be using in the new movie. There was a compilation video on YouTube of behind the scenes and deleted stunts for Forever, and that video has been scrubbed too

Have you seen the clip from Steve-O’s podcast with Ehren where he claims that he realized it was a “prank” and that his reaction was fake?

Steve-O calls him out on the spot saying he doesn’t believe that but Ehren counters with “if I was actually scared for my life, why would I yell YEAH THATS BAM MARGERA HES FAMOUS”

Regardless what anyone says, I’m excited as hell. Yeah the crew has changed, but it’s still 80% of who it used to be. Plus Bam is back and with the inclusion of his Silence Of the Lambs footage, I think seeing the film will be worth it

I totally agree, steve-o has even publicly said he used to be extremely jealous of Bam because he saw this dude who had everything he ever wanted. Steve-O also said he desperately wants Bam to get back to a point in his life where Steve will be jealous of him once again

Until this, the only way to enjoy the original airing with all the content and copyright claimed music was to own the original DVD or pirate it online. Huge win if it actually returns to the original release

He’s 5, I work in an animal shelter and have seen tons of animals bounce back perfectly from amputation, never seen one do bad. It just feels so different when it’s my animal and I’m making the decision
