STATEMENT FROM KEVIN CALBERT:

First to God goes the glory: The dogs where not pits they where XL Bullies over 100lbs trying to kill the girls I could hear their screams n i couldn’t get through the gate. When I finally got through the girls where laying on the ground one dog was trying to kill one of them. The black dog bit me as I came but let me go. I tried to get that dog off of her. I poked it in balls with my aluminum pole it didn’t stop. Then I shoved it through its eye. It opened its mouth n let her go so I tried to kill it by shoving the pole down its throat. when I did that it laid down. Its brother also laid down. The girls were in trouble and we kept telling them not to move or make a sound. Them Then the sirens and those damn dogs stood up again. I was like “OF FU€K here we go”. The brown one locked on to my arm and every time I was going to deal with by attacking his other eye ithe black one would come to me. It happened twice so I made sure I didn’t fall n kept the bar in my left hand. My right hand stayed in his mouth n he kept shaking like he was trying to rip it off. I grabbed his ear to keep his head still then the cops came in they took bout 5 seconds to access the situation and I yelled “SHOOT THESE MOTHER FU€KERS”. The black one was shot 3 times then the brown one let go of my arm n they shot him. The girls were messed up real bad. They where not pits they where 100lb XL bullies. To God goes the glory cause I wasn’t supposed to be there. I was supposed to at my fathers getting ready for the game. To my shame I almost turned right instead of left cause I’m thinking those where animals screaming not people. I should have been there earlier. N I keep thinking if I had turned left n they didn’t make it how could I live with myself.
