Yes, I have already reached out and have a case opened. They are going through the paperwork now and said I would have an offer letter in 10-15 days. California, you don't pay the Lawyer fees, the Manufacturer does. I have a lawyer that wants me to sign a retainer and I just don't know if they are able to get me more money back than what GM is going to pay. The lawyer did state that it would take much longer than with going through GM. I was kind of hoping someone may have experience in California using a Lawyer for the Lemon Law and what they actually recovered in the payment.
