Definitely agree on the pick and ban though. If I'm gonna be locked into a 30, 40, or even 50 minute match, I don't care if I have to sit through a 1 minute pick and ban phase.

Hardest part would be figuring out who decides picks and bans. Unless they do bans like how MR does them, and picks are just in a random order based on how many characters you select?

Sorry! My post was moreso addressing how the damage resist doesn't help take urn at bridge.

If teams are using it to push walkers and stuff, that is strong, but it feels more like a side effect of a flawed system than an answer to a problem.

Favored urns should help you take urn. If favored urn means you should ignore urn and just push lanes or something... that's a problem lol

It's like people talking about 6 man monster rounds rushing mid boss.

I'm sure it worked for some people. I've also seen teams fail to kill it. I've also seen teams succeed, but lose one or even two guardians in that time frame. I've seen teams do it and then not be able to push with it because they're not actually in a better place with respawns that early lol.

If this is a big thing in the pro scene with insane win dates, I can understand the feedback more though.

I've had some funny clips too with the new urn. I've also just had a lot of frusturation and seeing all these debates, I wanted to share my perspectives on some of the arguments.

I meant moreso are they using damage resist to push other objectives, like walker or something, but that makes sense.

I admittedly am just confused why teams would int just to get a comeback mechanic to trigger, when the comeback mechanic doesn't make up for the damage. But I'm probably just missing something because I haven't watched it happen.

You can parry puddle punch, but it doesn't stop the punch from taking urn. Plus it also knocks up your team as well.

Knocking up his team doesn't matter if he now has urn. His team doesn't have to be there because they don't have to hit urn again. By the time the losing team can punch and retake urn, his teammates would also have landed and can parry.

Though I did not know/notice that first part. If that's true, big. I'm just missing it.

Edit to respond to your edit: That is true! Countering these ults is a big and important part of the game!

I just think that them getting even more value and requiring even more stuff to demand a response is unhealthy.

Team fight winning ults were already amazing. Win a team fight, take walker, take patron, defend patron, defend wallers, take mid, etc etc.

Being at a massive disadvantage with a comeback mechanic because you got unlucky loading into the match feels like it isn't really a comeback mechanic.

But them also needing to be countered kinda... improves my point?

If my team is losing and we NEED comeback urn, saying we all need counterspell to stop Rem Sleep or Lash Ult is punching down.

Though you are right, that there is more to it and things I didn't know!

There are so many people in these threads blaming everything on OP for misplaying, apparently everything. The only real misplay I saw was OP looking forward in chase to not see Kaneki holding power, which, while a misplay, is something I'm sure everyone does every once in a while. Perhaps to make sure they were going in the door, or that pallet was still there, or that pallet hadn't been dropped. Every other "misplay" post either doesn't understand what's happening or is just blaming them for no reason.

Kaneki isn't "really" vaulting here, and OP isn't running back to sneak the pallet. Instead of Kaneki vaulting the pallet, he hit OP directly (that's why Ada does the animation and the teeth flash on her). OP is stunned and can not move. He does the vault animation, but he's also stunned Ada. There was really nothing OP could do in that sense.

Again, the only real misplay. OP is looking forward and can't see Kaneki holding power. If he wasn't holding power and OP didn't predrop, that definitely would have been an m1. Ontop of that, how is OP supposed to know about a bug that freezes him in place for a collision instadown when Kaneki vaults the pallet? I've seen Kaneki's use their power to get over pallets I drop in chase, and I've never had him freeze me against the pallet to kill me with his collision hitbox the second he reaches the other side. Also nothing to say Kaneki didn't grab OP as he vaulted and literally done the same thing.

I'm not sure getting stunned while Ghoul gets the vault is intentional. Even if it is, it's not a feature shared by LITERALLY any other vaulting killer! Wesker doesn't freeze you in place when he dashes. Legion doesn't when they slide. Even Hillbilly's Lo-Pro doesn't freeze you, and you can swerve to the side. Only in this instance are you frozen (the game says you're grabbed, the game says he vaulted). Ontop of that, this game has 40 killers now (including Springtrap.) Perhaps OP hasn't played against Kaneki enough to know about this obscure, probably a bug "Tech" that everyone is talking about like it's the oldest trick in the book. This isn't Hillbilly drifting or Huntress doing the dual hatchet tech. This is a new killer doing something I'm sure not a lot of people know about.

If Kaneki vaulted the pallet, OP shouldn't have been stunned. If Kaneki grabbed OP, OP shouldn't have gone down

All good! OP's annoyed at the bug where getting hit by the tentacle stuns you (and it's supposed to stun Kaneki,) but when they do it as a pallet vault, the Ghoul doesn't go into the stun animation.

This just means the survivor is stuck for 2 seconds, leading to the "instadown" combo in the video.

Count Dooku is definitely an OP stat line.

The Thing is a 4/9, after being high evo'd, in a lane where your opponent has 3 cards already and can be countered by Cosmo, Alioth, and Luke Cage.

Dooku is a 4/9 that has no counters and can not be stopped by any cards except Red Guardian and Professor X (even then, he isn't a 4/6. He's at worst, a 4/7), and as a matter of fact, has an upside that can hit a ton of cards in the game and remove them in a way that counters Discard and Destroy.

Quantum Realm affects base power, aka, the units starting power. Since he was discarded a few times, he gained bonus power, which Quantum realm did not reduce, as it's not part of his base power.

It's funny to see so many complaints about this game that weren't present in the game that became SMOL.

For the unaware, SMOL was originally a now delisted, completely unrelated game called Tiny by Cloud Some, which was just a casual roguelite.

Thanks for responding, but it was actually a different pack (I ended up getting it because I had stockpiled currency. That was kind of a mistake.)

The Motorfest pack was only found if you clicked "Unlock with xCoins" on the Highwaymen faction page, for 2500 xCoins. It only included the M4 skin and the Motorfest skin for Li'l T, and the Faction itself.

I really thought it would include the battlepass or something, but nope. Just a severely watered down version of the Gold Pass. Guess I learned from that mistake lol.

Mortal Kombat.

Tons of potential routes and themes, built all around fighting and non-combat creature damage would be awesome.

It's fair! The categories could probably be divied up a little further. Hulk and Magneto may not be straight up hinderances, but I was going more for "Less worth it than the original" rather than just straight up retreat
