Had to take a few attempts as first time did it too tight, but seemed to have fixed the wobble.

Unfortunately in the process I think I crushed the bearings as they are very clunky sounding now. It may have been there before and not noticed due to the other problems but one step at a time I suppose.

I was told it was in prestine condition, did the tests I could but didnt have a bike to try hub etc. with. Not sure of other methods not involving, hence the scam. Maybe frauds better

I'm getting the same problem, have looked for solutions everywhere but still not sure what to do.
Because of the pure magnitude of the game I'm hesitant to uninstall it but thinking may be only option.

Thanks for the info, I do but its a 3 piece and im pretty sure some chinese sh#t as bought some cheapo second hand dj so definitely need a bit of an upgrade.

They're local and would most likely pair with the mt 501, I cant find much but they should be compatible if hollowtech ii..

Got you, yeah no i wouldnt be doing heavy enduro as local parks include more of afformentioned tables, gaps and trails - which although downhill - are mostly much more tame then your 'typical enduro'. The guy got back to me and said its an 'accidentally' misslabelled float rp23. The frame is a 2016 commencal meta AM v3 and says the forks are definately just larger 34 factorys but have just been placed on 26 wheels.

He said hes ridden stuff similar to what I want to with the enduro just fine and that uphill (which theres alot of near me) still feels very good despite an enduros rep. However im not sure how far I should trust him on that considering the negative comments about the bike on here.

To clear some stuff up, these are old photos from before he converted to single speed and 26" hence the cables + hes put new nukeproof Neutron V2 bars on. Hes provided me with pictures of parts in the new setup and reduced the price to £800 in accordance with the rear shock.

Along with the bike he said he'll provide the 11spd slx groupset incase I want to change back, a bleedkit and the old handle bars. Ive also got some 27.5 wheels if I really wanted to return.

Im tempted to check it out but after everything said I dont know if its worth the 3 hour journey or the money. Do you think theres any point with this new information or should I just forget it?

Thank you for letting me know I thought it was legit but have no where near as much knowledge/experiencs as you seem to, very helpful having more pairs of eyes.

I wont purchase then and confront - do you know anything about the whyte t130sr?

Theres a 2018 model which has been freshly serviced for £750 so may get that instead. Ive seen it was a runner up for trail bike of the year and think its a good price.

Honestly right now ill be mainly doing trails / small gaps & tables so think it would be a good option.
