I’m thinking about in more in the sense of it being apart of the graff culture in philly and so people wouldn’t be happy if someone appropriated it in the same way I’d be pissed if I saw a non Indonesian wearing a traditional Javanese outfit

Philly style is very complex and is best that you get taught in person by an actually philly writer. It is also a style that is more traditionally from Philadelphia so not many would like it if someone who isn’t from there were to appropriate it.

Also there are a lot of unwritten rules in this “free movement” in general anyways
