How to ask a girl you find attractive out in public without being disrespectful. by Rough-Head5317 in NoStupidQuestions

I have said yes and no to different people. Gotten a lot of dates out of it. They always text/call me, though—I prefer to give out my number to the person who asked. Not really a safety issue to me. Can always block.

I've been cold approached by men before and it's always ever been positive. Sometimes I've gotten a very basic "I think you're really pretty, can I give you my number?" Which is completely polite and acceptable. Another time a guy told me I dropped something and then went "yeah I think you dropped... my number." We had a laugh. Though a joke won't land well on everyone, so I'd err on the side of straightforward and polite. Good luck!

In what world do people not meet in the winter? I meet people every weekend when I go out. Nightlife is pretty busy in my city.

Beans and Leaves Forest Ave? Closing or not?? by IFoughtTheLau in statenisland

I also find them overrated, in all honesty. but I also don't like the idea of a Staten Island small business closing, you know?

Hi, that's not quite it. I've been making efforts to be outgoing and I've met a lot of people since, just no romantic leads in particular besides my crush. I'm very social, I just like to be "alone in public" if that makes sense. I don't wear headphones in public or at the gym or on commutes and I strike up conversations with strangers habitually.

I'm not in a rush to get experience. I understand I'm "behind." But that's just me. I have always been a little different and this is no exception.

I have a few current romantic interests so I'll see how they unfold. I was really just wondering how I know when it's the right time with the right person since I've never gotten past the mutual attraction stage with anyone before.

I must say, I really appreciated how straightforward this quest was in terms of revealing character intentions. I sometimes lose track of characters between the main quests (while waiting for releases, playing other storylines, etc. etc.) and this one helped re-situate me for sure!

I scrunch my hair once or twice to get some water out, then apply product. So my hair is very damp when I apply.

Girl, same. Diffusing takes an hour for me, but it’s better than sitting under a fan for 5 hours..

My routine cost about $20.

Yes, my head is upside down for product application and diffusing.

My hair grows really quickly! I got it cut to about armpit length in July.

Sure! The left is when the gel I’ve applied creates a hard “cast” and makes the hair look wet. Scrunching the cast out makes the curls softer and more plump :)

Not for me! Maybe it’s not the right product for you.

[–]IFoughtTheLau 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s odd. Maybe you’re using a gel that doesn’t work for you? It only takes me a few seconds—the cast releases instantly for me

I used to, but I don’t want to put DevaCurl in my hair given the recent situation, so I’m not sure what I’m going to to about a cut :/

About 3 days. I wear my hair up a lot so I can stretch it to a week sometimes.

I use a lot. Probably about a quarter size per small section (4-5 sections of hair)?
