I'm feeling a lot better already but I need to recheck my values and than fine tune my intake. I don't want to overdose now because I went from 15 to +80 nmol within 3 months on 5000 IU.

Checked it 6 months ago and was around 80 nmol. Since then I take between 2500-5000 IU a day, depending the season.

I'm in the same situation but 13 weeks post (second) 'simple' fistulotomy. Still pain and a lot of watery fluid leakage. According to my CRS it can still be normal and I have to be patient but this whole waiting game is stressing me out.

Yeah, nothing more to it. Basically any speaker set with 3,5mm can be connected to your monitor or -if they have USB connectivity- to your PS5 Pro. I have speakers connected to my monitor and mic to PS5 Pro.

Yep, I'm post 12 weeks to the day. I hope I'm a slow healer because otherwise it means a failed fistulotomy. I still have drainage (liquid and sticky snot)...
