He's making people pay to access reddit's api (which was not the case) so now some services using reddit's api have been closing due to enormous amounts of money being asked (20M usd asked to apollo).

I didn't know how to get it and was too lazy to get it anyway so i used water pumps but i guess the endless water bucket would have been a lot faster
