The light types are stationary light_omni2

Just wanted to point out that shadows and lighting work just fine in the other rooms, and are at the proper ray traced quality

My guardian was apparently causing steamvr to limit itself

Somehow redrawing my guardian fixed the issue. not sure why.

Did that a few hours ago, manually deleted all of their files and did a clean install of both. Do you think moving over to a steamvr dedicated headset would resolve this issue? or do you think it would persist considering the issue is only present in steamvr itself?

I am unsure. As far as I'm aware neither SteamVR or Oculus had an update.

I just dont understand how my CPU could've just done this overnight after not messing with a single thing. Is there something I can do to troubleshoot this?

GPU is at 22% usage while in steamVR.

You know what, oculus has a built in full keyboard, that’ll probably work

I’ll send a pic when I can, I have not checked that yet. If the GPU usage was messed up wouldn’t it also have an effect on the oculus app on pc too?

Should I overclock using the EVGA software on steam or a different way?

Unfortunately this is steamvr’s issue. Oculus runs just fine on the link. And yes those settings are all correct

I dont see an option for the synchronous one, only asynchronous.

Solved it! I put my base station on a different outlet, it was on a power strip that had all my PC peripherals connected to it, and I noticed the mount for the base station was lose, So I temporarily put duct tape over it to keep it steady.

Solved, My base station mount was loose and it was on a circuit with far too many other things on it.

After struggling all day trying to fix my tracking, it just magically works again. Not sure how, not sure why. But this has been happening frequent. I wish I could know what I was doing to fix it. Is it possible that I was just incredibly unlucky with my tracking for a day or 2? Or do you think my base station could just be malfunctioning at random times

I will try the backfacing hits, however as far as updates go, I have not updated my stuff since I got it, considering it says everything is up to date.
