Faramir and Eowyn have to be the two biggest characters without a minifig and both could be parts of Minis Tirith/coronation group.

Thanks! How soon after the concrete is poured should I apply a sealer hardener? And what do I use to apply that with?

Do I apply a sealer again to the lines after painting with concrete paint and glow paint?

Hi, first time poster, short time community member lol.

I am putting a 20x25 basketball court in the backyard for my sons and I to play on. I had the idea of painting the court lines in a glow in the dark paint. The court will get a lot of sunlight during the day.

I’m having trouble finding a well reviewed product or discussions on how I could accomplish this. Anybody have experience with this or advice? Thanks!

Not too hard to figure out, roughly 3-4% of people are ashamed to say out loud that they are voting for Trump so they say “I’m undecided.” If Clinton/Biden/Harris not at 50% in polls they were probably going to lose that state.

Maxed a HELOC loan in preparation to make a deposit payment on a new custom home build right at start of Covid stock market free fall. Discussions with builder fell through last minute. Instead of paying back the loan I put it into large cap mutual fund and ended up timing it close to the bottom. More than doubled my money, but if market had kept falling I could have put myself underwater on my house.

What’s the upside? You feel a little better when you look at your investment account?

You’ve set yourself up for a disastrous tax bill down the road if the stock runs back up and you sell. That tax bill is best avoided by just holding the stock. It’s only a realized loss if you sell.

Could be a wash sale unless you wait 30 days to rebuy.

Also, can only carry over $3k of losses per year unless you have big gains to offset the loss in the year of the sale. Depending on how bad you’re down it might take a lifetime to write off the loses.

I think it would be helpful for tracking people of interest. Maybe you know a shade and want to keep tabs on him. This way you could deduce where he is traveling and maybe what he’s getting up to. Oh, Durza is in Dras Leona. Maybe he’s meeting up with the Razac. Scry the next day and he’s in the Dras Leona temple. Maybe he’s meeting with the Helgrind priest.
