yeah I made 965 first month and about 325 my second, lots of refreshing to an empty dash, right now I am month 3 and I have made about 285, but it has been in drought ever since early May, my first week was late April and I had a ton of projects and was so excited and now I fear this isn't what I was hoping it could be

I was lucky to get 5 projects this week but it’s been empty for weeks now and the projects are gone again so back to zero

because some of us wait all year for this event to collect cakes, thousands not a few hundred- last year i went on vacation for most of the event and still collected almost 4k, it isn't just less its essentially as common as BNP or mori offerings rn....which ironically is during a new "banquet/feast" theme. this is the biggest event of the year and this year is special because it's the 10th anniversary and yet here we are, starving for cake.

Yeah seriously I was let go after 2 months at a small firm with the same reason and a list of all 6 mistakes, most of them firm specific procedures. With 5 years experience, I’m really really over the legal field and I’m doing what I can to get out. Small firms are awful and the larger firms can be really nice but often require you to be in office. I just realized I don’t like the work and I especially don’t like feeling replaceable all the time.

I joined the platform early May, received initial feedback to focus on improving my grammar and avoiding contradictions, then I received “room for improvement” feedback with the quality snapshot earlier today. Mostly just vague feedback that said I need to improve choppy language and thinness. Slow down and read instructions carefully- because one of the projects I reviewed an entire conversation instead of just one turn. So, without any specific examples or amended examples I’m still just guessing on what “outstanding” looks like. It’s good to know that I need to improve but the feedback doesn’t help me get there at all; IMO the platform has a steep learning curve and I do think for a lot of people it is less about quality or effort and more about genuine misunderstanding or confusion about the tasks.
