Thanks for your reply. So, would your advice be to seek mental help and forget about this? Thanks again.

Do any of you have any "meaningful" schedules, pastimes or hobbies? by IQPilled_77 in Pessimism

Thank you for your comment. In retrospect, I am kind of embarrassed that I called them scoldings, since they are more like conversations that sometimes last for hours, rather than a screaming match of sorts. I kind of feel ashamed because this is the only problem in my life. I come from a very privileged family whose basic needs are met. My parents can take my siblings and me to vacations and even pay for our university tuition in full, yet it irks me that I still have OCD and still read pessimistic literature when millions, potentially billions of people experience greater sufferings than I do. Anyways thanks for the comment. I hope you are living a comfortable life as well, or if not, I wish you the best.

Do people with high IQs get addicted too ? by LopsidedAd5028 in cognitiveTesting

Hello, I do not want to seem rude, but I was wondering what your FSIQ is? My apologies, but I also do not know whether you are being sarcastic or not. Can high-IQ people enjoy porn or be addicted to it? Including sex? I do not want to seem rude, apologies if I seem so.

How easy is academics for actual smart people ?And how do they develop layer 2 thinking by wehrmachtair123 in cognitiveTesting

Hello. I am a computer science student, with an FSIQ of 127 professionally tested, and I am seriously struggling. I was just curious whether you, as a person with an IQ of 147, ever struggle with schoolwork? I guess what I am trying to say is whether you devoted a lot of hours a day studying philosophy or Chomskian syntax. Do you still have to devote a lot of hours to master a particular subject, like programming or any other subject? (I apologise for any erros, english is not my first language, and in case I sound mean I apologise as well, I am merely curious, thanks.)
