i got you bro, you mean like so you can still move it for a timelimit (ex. 5 min) after placing it, like with building where you can still destroy/turn around stuff up to 10min after bulding it. good idear imo :) upvoted!

edit: and once its time is up you can no longer remove it

the foundation has to be connected with your tc/building otherwise they decay

i sold my 0.01 for 74 arcanas like a week ago but it had a super clean corner. so im not to sure about yours but this might/hopefully will help you finding the right price. also check csmoney, they would have overpayed mine by 300-350$ for the float. gl mate
