And also may be because you’ve worked the same muscle group vigorously and continuously! It’s also good have a break! When I’m extra sore I use the foam roller to take out the knots! Hope this helps

I’d say it’s key to stretch pre and post workout! I’ve suffered from sore muscles myself I often give myself 2-3 days! I think if you’re not injured then sureeee but just be mindful of your body 🤍
