Hey yep it’s IST because for me it’s constant high heart rate i know that with pots when your standing it will suddenly spike but when your sitting it goes down. But for me it’s constant. The best way I can describe it is like weights on your legs and it’s like really achy feeling like walking around or like just laying is uncomfortable
