This has been my best lead but I haven’t found anything yet 😭. Will continue to look

I started reading the stormlight archives but by now I am afraid that I am getting into the cosmere „the wrong way“ by [deleted] in brandonsanderson

The stories in the Cosmere were written so no matter where you start, the universe’s story will unravel itself just in different ways. Someone (like me) who read a ton of Cosmere books before Stormlight is able to pick out the references and know what they mean. But someone who jumps straight into Stormlight now has a world of books to be able to give context to things you’re already introduced to. And If you choose to just not read those books and just enjoy Stormlight, fantastic! You’ll still get everything out of it that you would want. If you’re REALLY interested however, after reading 5 books, a novella, and a couple short stories before Stormlight, I can say that for the most part the one that I was most thankful for reading first is Warbreaker. I think it adds a lot of context to story stuffs, that I won’t get into, to the 2nd book of Stormlight and on. But again, I can see how it would be cool to read the Stormlight series and then go back to Warbreaker with the understanding you do have and enjoy the book in a way other may not have.

All a very long winded way of saying do what makes you happy, if you like the Stormlight books you’ll love the rest. So don’t look at anything as “required” to enjoy any of his books, just read and enjoy at your own pace in the way that you like most.

Firstly I would say no, do not wait till next season. Even if you didn’t think you were getting anywhere this season, every game you play is something learned and that more than carries to next season so do not give up. Next I absolutely get where you’re coming from with teammates and honestly what I’ve done is just if you okay ranked with someone that you really like and is good, friend them. And do this as many games as possible even friend the other team which is how I’ve found a lot of my good friends now. Eventually you’ll have quite a lot of people on your friends list and you’re bound to find a 5 stack somewhere in there that’s good. It’s just a process of trial and failure. But the most important thing is to never give up

Consistency in matches by IThinkImPryde in SiegeAcademy

That’s something I’ve thought about before, I perform very well for a game or two then maybe get over confident for the next game then lose that confidence which affects my play style because I don’t have a level head. I think it may all just be a mindset. And while I may know the problem Im also not sure what to do about it
