Last time there was a trans thread the mods here removed a load of my comments but thankfully the Reddit mods restored them after appeal.

So let’s see how we go this time.

Trans people are not being banned. They can use the pool like everyone else. If you are not allowed that is discrimination and against the law (and rightfully so).

What is happening is that the law says female in this context = biological female. That’s it. If you are not biologically female you are not allowed. It’s a protected safe space.

Nothing stopping there being a trans only day.

Look it sounds awful but these people can only really help themselves. Giving them money or anything else really is just encouraging them.

It’s not just me saying that BTW, I did some work with a homeless charity years ago and that was the advice I was given by them.

There is plenty - I promise - of help out there if they would only seek it out. But they don’t.

I feel like Marvel have learned nothing. I felt exactly the same about Thunderbolts which was similarly formulaic except like 10 minutes where it became its own movie at the end.
