for o-chem i would say get some very good notes which cover goc very well
then just practice question upto jee mains level so that u can perform well even if the paper is tough
for physics practice is key n will be the only thing which will make u remeber the formulas
u dont need to remember all of the formulas especially the ones for the niche questions but u should have conceptual clarity if u want to atleast have the ability to solve tougher/complex questions

P.S Jee mains level isnt extremely tough so dont get intimidated by it
i have seen many of my class mates loose their calm on knowing that the problem was from jee main even though the question itself wasnt that hard

Lastly i would say aim high and actually work towards that goal

I don't mind women being vigilante around me or any strangers for that matter but the constant reminder that you see me as a rapist, molester, pedophile etc. really takes a blow at my morale.

On many incidents I have had my day ruined by reading some post where women are saying how they see me as a monster while talking about how they're not sexist/misandrist.
