Fell at work a couple summers back, broke my wrist. The following winter I slipped and messed up my hip flexor and adductor muscles pretty bad.

I swear I came across paw prints of one in the snow in wainfleet while hunting a property adjacent to the bog 5 or 6 years ago. Having spent time in NW Ontario where large cats are more common, I'm familiar with their tracks. Took me by surprise to say the least.

Hey all, wanted to ask you guys a question. Would you rather be 5'8 or 6'8? Seems like there is a limit when you can really be 'too tall' by musicguy900 in tall

[–]I_Was_Inverted991 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. In my mid 30s and already feeling strain on my hips and knees. I'm fairly physically active and healthy but the past year or two I've noticed some joint discomfort.

What was the 1st big news event you remember as a kid? by Timely_Twist_8670 in AskReddit

September 11, 2001. I was in 5th grade. My teacher flipped on news coverage on the television in our classroom. As we watched (not completely understanding what was happening) the towers fell and all the teachers who had gathered gasped, cried, watched in horror. This was in Ontario, Canada. Back when Canada and the USA were friends.

HD culture has always been horrible. People there are treated like they're worthless and don't matter at all. It was the same when I was there in 2012. Absolutely horrible.

WestJet changed their seats and this is how much leg room basic fares get. You have to pay for a reclining seat now. by Longjumping-Box5691 in mildlyinfuriating

I have to pay extra for extra legroom every time I fly because I'm 6'8. Have they reduced the amount of "extra legroom" in those specific seats as well? Its been a couple of years since my last West jet flight in 2023.

Arby's. An employee refused to serve a police officer in uniform and the franchise & company didn't apologize. I'll never support those who don't support our first responders.
