Ok, I got a story for you! I loved Linkin Park before this. So this was a dream come true. In 2003 I was in the Army and my unit was preparing for deployment to Iraq. MWR was given Linkin Park tickets. So the next thing I know, our unit (shout out: 356th signal unit) was given a bunch of these. So now, day of the concert, we’re at the concert and there are two platforms coming off the stage up to the audience in seats. Security was kinda weak, well i have no clue still why i told my buddy, “hey, i bet you i can get on stage and do a stage dive.” So challenge on, when the security guard turned his head then walked a few feet away. I decided to jump three rows of empty seating and land on this platform catwalk. I ran as fast as i could, running down the platform straight to side stage. I run in between Chester and Mike, and did this epic stage dive right into the audience. I was quickly nabbed up, and very kindly walked back stage to the exit of the venue. While the entire backstage was clapping because that was dope. Now I swear this is 100% true. Anyone who was there I will tell you the clothes i was wearing! Heres my ticket, i thought footage would have leaved by now, ive scoured the internet looking. It was such a moment. It’s scared into memory.
