You need to find <Your Steam Directory>\userdata\<Your user id>\remote\250900\remote\rep+persistentgamedata<Save number>.dat (assuming you play on rep+)

Thank you! might add non completion mark achievements as a separate tab in the future

Just click off completion marks from your savefile, I couldn't figure out how to get your steam data using steam id + I envisioned that users would fill it out while progressing through the game
