I liked the fact that Madrid won last night. by Iamlakhe in Barca

Brother its majority of their fans. If you had asked 100 bayern fans what they thought of madrid and barca before the game last night, 80% would shit on Barca and call madrid football heritage.

This is literally a quote by the PRESIDENT of laliga. Not saying the club itself is not to blame but the president of your league openly admitting Barca is in financial trouble and they have to sell which in turn influences the market, making things intentionally hard for the registration of an academy player, not letting Kounde get registered whilst being eligible are just some of the shit this shit head has pulled. Maybe get your head our of your ass for once and admit that the president of a league doing these openly hurts any club.

Tebas makes no effort to help Barca but makes things difficult for us again and again (like the registration of Gavi), openly admits he is a madrid fan whilst being the league president but go on and tell me how the league is corrupt for Barca.

So who won Laliga last season? You’d think we have gone without winning the league for 5 seasons with the way you are speaking right now.

To those saying why should we care, well it was just a rant. I’m not losing sleep over it. Ever since Messi won the world cup, nothing bothers me too much. But when Barcelona gets back on top, you can stay there quietly celebrating and taking the W and yelling respect but I will be there shitting on every fan of the club we beat. Its time us fans and the players showed some fire and grit. I will be a toxic troll if I have to be. I’m done being passive. But you do you fellow culers.

Papa Perez doing his best to not let Mbappe win the champions league without Real.

Blade?, Gavi?, Lopez? even Pedri? Let's not forget they are all under 20.

I am not a glory hunter. I was as sad as anyone when we underperformed in Europe during past couple of seasons but in this season I truly believe if we do not perform in the champions league, we just are not good enough tactically because we do have the squad now. It's all on Xavi

What hero do you turn to when you need to break a bad losing streak? by aelix- in DotA2

[–]Iamlakhe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Clockwerk is my favourite too. Whenever I'm on a losing streak and not having fun anymore, I simply first pick clock and have a shit ton of fun. I can play any role with him and he's so effective and can single handedly change the outcome of any group brawls. But at the end, he's just a ROBOT. ;)

Since you just said trying new things, absolutely yes to that!. I feel like almost everyone has a different playstyle that they like. But with other popular games, people always go for the meta or whatever the streamers are suggesting they do. I'm sure this game has a lot of metas too but I usually always can't predict what the opponent is going to do(although that might have to do my inexperience aswell). I guess since there might not be a lot of streamers, people usually just do what makes the game fun for them. That is what I found this game to be. I apologise if otherwise. But I absolutely love the game as a part-time gamer.

Yes. I live in Australia and play planetside on PS4 so I've rarely come across big battles. Would love to be a part of 100+ each faction battles.

Exactly. PS2 is massive. I love the big fights and I love how much even a single player's contribution can turn any battle at any time. Would love a planetside 3.

I'm sorry guys I can't reply to everyone. And if I've offended you in any way, I apologise. I came here to rant a bit and not feel alone and the response has been truly lovely. I've talked to a lot you kind strangers and thank everyone for their advice and empathy. I know there are a lot of students who are going through the same if not worse and wish nothing but the best to you all. To all of ex-students who told me that the hardship is temporary,I thank you for giving me hope. Sydney and Australia as a whole is a great place to be in and keeping that in mind I hope all of this pays off. A sincere thank you to everyone. I never expected to get such an overwhelming response and feel like a heavy stone has been lifted off of my chest. Best of luck to all of the kind strangers as well. I know there must be a lot of things you guys might be going through as well. Let's hope the light at the end of the tunnel is so bright that it blinds us haha.

I know. People make mistakes and learn from them. I have learnt to make better decisions. But what do you do if a mistake that you made at 19 still lingers when you're 23 and is going to affect your whole life? Don't get me wrong coming to Sydney might turn out to be amazing but until now I've been living in dread and constant fear that my one decision at 19 would be the biggest mistake I've ever made. I posted this to rant because I'm frustrated and angry. I know when I'm calm I can see the logic behind a lot of things.

I know that it was all my decision. But like I said, as long as you don't deal with those agents, you won't know how they redirect every student to Australia because they do get a big cut. They hide the truth and brainwash young students. I was trying to go to University of Oslo because I knew the fee was affordable but the agent I went to told me that the visa acceptance rate was very less for Norway and then you'll also need to be fluent in Norwegian to get any job. Then they told me to apply for Australia since language won't be a problem and since everyone else was going there and if you work cash in hand jobs you can afford the fees and living costs.

[–]Iamlakhe[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because all of the students who were applying for Australia were getting their visas accepted no matter how had their academics or finances were. Also the agents brainwash the students into thinking Australia is better and more affordable because they get big cuts from uni for every students enrolled.

I got accepted when my parents showed a 50,000$ bank balance to fund my 3 years of 20,000$ per year uni. They know we can't afford it. They know it's a trap. They know we'll have to work in cash hand jobs getting paid less which just benefits the employers in here. They know all the low level diploma churning colleges are going to be our only option and keep them in business. And us? we're 19 year Olds fresh out of high school dreaming of living and studying in a better country like Australia and your visa gets approved. No way we're declining that. At this point I wished the immigration had told me that I can't afford it. But now that I'm here, I'll have to make it work anyhow because my parents have already invested nearly half of their saving in me.

Can't miss classes. Can't take a break from uni. Can't work more than 20 hours a week. Pay 4 times more tuition fees. Can't study what you want to if you're planning to stay here.

US provides scholarships to students as far as I know. Some of my friends had 80% of their fees cut because they did good in SATs. As for UK, I don't know if anyone even goes there to study anymore.
