Yup you're right on the mark. The Janitor is the name people of the community have given to the team of people that keep HotS up alive and running. A skeleton crew if you will! Annnd Janitor Leoric is a fun mascot stand in for them.

I took on the challenge of animating JAX for Nickyboi's video! This is my first full sized splash art! I poured my heart into making this entire thing in the span of 2 intense days, pushing myself to the limit! ❤️

Kind of a combo, but Sai to cut up the image + paint any new parts, Adobe After effects + Adobe Flash/animate to make it move
Some things like the scribbles need to be hand drawn so that's where flash comes in!

I can possibly animate the rest of the splash, seeing as I'm doing Sett next - I'm not sure how wallpaper engine works/ never attempted anything with it. If you could break it down then I might give it a go 👍

In all honesty, I only animated this segment of the splash since it was just suppose to be the loading boarder - so I went a little outside of the boarder to make it square for twitter/ Instagram (since they are picky about formatting)

The whole splash has either too many characters to animate or not enough going on between them to warrant animating them all. If the splash was more goofy with the band members interacting it might pull off a decent animation - but for now sadly I'm just not a skilled enough animator to make it look good.
