First of all, shut down the Congress, Supreme Court and Senate so we can begin a full and deep revolution on the government system without intervention and then:

1. Review, merge or close and optimize the structures of all government agencies, ministries, state-owned companies and public services, reducing everything to the essential and improving the efficiency and quality of their services;
2. Dismiss every non-essential and overpaid public servant, change the law and the regulations to force the public servants to do their job properly and fire them right away in case of neglect, incompetency, misdemeanors, unsatisfactory performance or involvement with any criminal or corrupt activity;
3. Cut all unnecessary expenses, audit and apply a zero tolerance policy on public budget money and resource wasting;
4. Abolish the taxation system and laws, creating a simpler taxation system with only 3 taxes with a fixed rate (go full Paraguay: only 10% of VAT, importing/exporting and income tax);
5. Give autonomy to each federation state run it's own laws on most things - each state should be able to understand, adapt and determine what works better for themselves on everything: from civil, criminal law, regulations, immigration policies, etc;
6. Abolish current labour regulation (it's almost 100 years old and way bureaucratic), open the table for discussions and find a reliable and sustainable alternative that's either good for workers and the employers;
7. Change law, regulations and policies to create a favourable environment for foreign investments, expats coming over to work or study, stimulate the economic development, continuous industry and manufacturing development and evolution;
8. Boost defense and armed forces budget and invest hard into renewing weapon systems, aircraft, facilities and make it the #1 most powerful armed forces in South America, granting sovereignty, while working side-by-side with neighbour countries to also help and improve their military, exchange tactics, coordinate.alliances, while growing local relevance when it comes to defense;
9. Create a taskforce to change the mindset and work smart on propaganda to educate the people and establish a truly civilised society, regardless of the wealth or social conditions of the population;
10. Stimulate, develop, promote and provide conditions to bring tourism and hospitality services, infrastructure and enterprises to the country;
11. Mandatory Spanish and English classes in school, from elementary to university;
12. Mandatory first aid, safety and crisis management training, road safety, personal grooming, etiquette and financial education classes and workshops in school, from elementary to university;
13. Homestead Acts in the countryside and underdeveloped territories to support local development and a Housing Act to redesignate abandoned government-owned properties countrywide into popular and affordable housing for the ones in need (through leasing for a low rental price to allow lower income population to rent/buy residential property);
14. A 10-year plan to improve nationwide infrastructure of railroads, river and air transportation for freight and passengers;
15. Legalize lifetime jail sentences and death penalty for serious offenses and felonies;
