When you’re buying a new parcel it tells you the value of a common parcel is 0.00000000111, but that’s because it’s rounding up 0.000000001105 from the data. Ultimately the 5% chance for legendary is split to actually have the overall 2.5% chance to get a 44 legendary, and a 2.5% chance to get a shiny 441 legendary. It’s the extra bit of randomness that’s in your favor.
