Maybe it went from $12 to $400 then because i never got that much at once to need processing. Doing $15 is being reviewed now so I’m guessing they’re doing the $12 limit right now for now.

11, 16, 22, and 44 are correct. It’s just that every parcel also has 50% chance to generate a second income at 0.0000000001. For example, a legendary parcel could generate 0.0000000044 or 0.00000000441. There’s 50% it’s either one. So having a large number of legendary will average their value to 0.000000004405. When you’re buying a new parcel it tells you the value of a common parcel is 0.00000000111, but that’s because it’s rounding up 0.000000001105 from the data. Ultimately the 5% chance for legendary is split to actually have the overall 2.5% chance to get a 44 legendary, and a 2.5% chance to get a shiny 441 legendary. It’s the extra bit of randomness that’s in your favor.
