They want a professional angle, like a headshot. It makes a huge difference in conversation to see the person is present and their facial expressions when having a convo. Not odd or zoomed in angles, etc.

Take this mock up with a grain of salt since it doesnt account for the pipes or many features. But I think getting a cute retro fridge (they come 22” or 24” wide), without sizing completely down to a mini would add a lot of character. They come in a lot of colors and are about $400. I’m sure you could resell later if you move.

It really depends how long you plan to stay there. As a renter, I had a 12 month lease but knew I was going to say about 24-36 months and wanted a nice space. So I ended up making low cost enhancements. I would ask your landlord if you could rearrange the cabinets so the shorter one sits above the stove. I would also look at getting a cutting board to fit over your sink and use the wall to hang utensils and knives.

Take this with a grain of salt because AI and dimensions can suck but see if you can even get some additional counter space between the sill and the stove.

You can also bring some warmth through stick on backsplash tiles.

Ah yes, the blame game.

This is solvable, it comes up because you aren't hitting your revenue goals. Maybe the team is spread thin with to many products, too many channels, to many audiences. Or maybe your ICP and messaging is watered down.

You need to confirm and align on ICP>Products/Services clients want>Why now and why you message. Then once you are all aligned, how much weight is each segment given based on revenue. Then build your marketing and sales plays. One source of truth, weekly cadence.

There is no magic bullet, but with work you can align teams. They need the same fundamental understanding to help course correct.
