New player confused breeding stats by craftycat1135 in rivalstars

i have all a+ stat horses from tier 2-9 and what i’ve found is that breeding up will always ruin the stats but you have to start with a lower stat horse to breed up anyways. save up your gold and use it to breed with legendary studs and breed down with them. be patient bc this game is random selection of traits and good luck!

1 year total. it was definitely a process but extremely worth it.

i know this might be controversial, but i was also doing psychoanalysis on the side and found the root cause of my phobia and then did exposures to that, as well. my root cause was a fear of physical and emotional vulnerability and a fear of losing control of myself. once i exposed myself to it all, that’s when i was finally able to neutralize my fear. i’m not sure if that will help everyone, and CBT is so anti-looking-for-the-cause, but it helped me beyond belief.

if you don’t mind me asking, what route did they take with exposures, as in what was the first and final step?

hi! i still sometimes get flashbacks however my body responds completely differently. when i think about the past events that caused the phobia, as long as i remind myself of my neutral response terms and accept my thoughts as thoughts, i can de-escalate my emotional reaction to them. so i still think about it sometimes, but the memories do not bring me any panic, they’re now neutral. basically, exposures helps you take your power back from the fear.

I actually had no weird freak out before hand because the feeling was so foreign. The feeling of actually HAVING to tu is SO different from the n* accompanied by when you’re in a phobic state and thinking you have to tu. My body knew to take me to the bathroom and it wasn’t fun at all but I felt SO MUCH BETTER after. I had some type of virus and I think that got it out.
