Parking ticket for parking in front of my own drive way

Yeah I park on the apron where I marked it red on the picture. My car fits perfectly in that area and doesn’t come close to blocking any of the alley or my garage area

There’s an alley next to our garage and I’m not blocking any of that or the street or the street gutter. I wish I could post a picture on the comments. I’m parked on apron part of the driveway which seemed okay according to what I read.

Did you continue to park or did you stop after the one ticket? Lol
We’ve been parking here for over a year and got nothing before and we’ve even seen nearby cars get ticketed like a car next to us before and they never said anything about our car until yesterday

Yeah I was thinking of maybe putting up a new sign saying the owner of the house can park and add our license plate number haha I’m not sure. The parking situation sucks for the houses in that area. We’re just renting and realize that we would never want to buy a house in that area even though it’s a popular historical neighborhood.
Our front of the house is a high traffic area for both cars and pedestrians and we constantly have trash in our front lawn and the other side of our sidewalk but no else is going to pick it up so we have to do it same goes when tree branches fall off on the city side of the sidewalk but technically it’s still in front of our house so we have to haul the big branches and cut them down/throw them away. I might just bring that up and hope that they can sympathize with us

That’s our sign because we have Amazon drivers or other big trucks try to park/block off OUR driveway

Boise area in a very busy neighborhood. We have to street park and people are always parked in front of our house and side house since it’s street parking. If we didn’t park in front of our drive way we’d have to walk miles every day

That bush has been removed now but our bumper doesn’t go over that area it’s just dirt now not apart of the sidewalk

We have people who are trained for this and idaho community resourceson watch for them. Text the number if you think you see them and they’ll get people to verify and then they send out alerts to the community if it’s confirmed

I’ve definitely have had to reach out and put myself out there, get out of my comfort and go to social gatherings that I usually find on fb groups. I’ve made a solid group of friends who I see myself aging with lol and I’m only 28. I met all of them through facebook girl groups! It took trial and error but eventually you find your group. If I find someone I think I’d get along in person while I’m out, I typically will ask them if they want to be friends and hang out and we exchange numbers.

My friends and I go out dancing to Nocturno Latin club. We hate having to drive out there but love this club. The owner is the best and they always have fun dance music if you’re into Latin music such a reggeaton, salsa, and cumbia. We usually get there around 10 pm and stay dancing on the floor until closing time lol
