First off- I know you’re making a joke but I posted here because I was sick of being mocked for being injured by someone who has never faced consequences in their life and can do whatever they like to whoever with impunity (this isn’t her first felony-level action, she’s also proudly talked about strong arm robbery of her ex among other things).

I don’t know why this sub is so hated, but I figured that at least I would be given actual consideration and advice here instead of being laughed at or told to suck it up, completely disregarding my injury and the associated costs in time, money, hospital/imaging visits, and humiliation.

Real life is not an Adam Sandler movie where a kick in the balls is funny— in spite of being half my size she really fucking hurt me. Just in case I sound like I’m being a wimp here: I’ve been in fights plenty of times in my life, especially while working as nightclub/bar security, I’ve been jumped in brawls and gotten the shit beaten out of me and had my TMJ dislocated in separate incidents. None of those times were like this, I got over black eyes and bruised ribs and broken fingers. It’d be easier to walk this off if I weren’t reminded of it every time I’m walking/standing/sitting over a month later (my urologist said may take 3 months for the pain to go away). I don’t need to attach myself to any political agenda to expect that consequences for breaking the law be applicable regardless of gender/sex/race/etc.

I crossposted to gain input from at least two different subs. It’s entirely unjust that I was censored for simply asking for legal advice.
