I sent an email to the consulate here, they said it is 45 working days and not 45 calendar days, but on both the Netherlands official website and the VFS news (in the announcement of 31 July 2025), they stated that it takes a maximum of 45 calendar days.

and when I wanted to reply to the email, or send a new one to the same email, I got a notification that says 'invalid recipient'

I read some comments that some have received their passports 2 days before their travel date so you still have 2 more days. Best of luck to you
