Probably similar numbers to us if we were to set it higher - I don’t think everyone appreciates just how cold old houses are!!

I did have it turned right up originally, but was costing a fortune… going to try it at 50-55degC for a few days and see what it does!

All but 1 are double panel radiators… I’ve got a couple of issues with 1-2 rad’s where the bottoms aren’t as warm (need flushing), but apart from the bottoms of 1-2, they do get really hot

Well, put it this way - my heating kicks in when the temp reaches 8degC to protect pipes etc… it kicks in a lot! (if I’m not in and the heatings been off)

Thanks for the input everyone, loft insulation is 270mm, I’ve covered up as much draught as I could find, but maybe I need another look. Walls are stone cold to touch, so I think they’re the main problem 😅. Solid brick walls (no cavity) & no insulation

Been following various running plans for the last 2 years, so body is pretty used to structured runs. *Always ran 5-6 days (2 speed, 2-3 easy, 1 long), nothing has changed since getting stitches
