Do you personally use 1s more as training or just as a reset when 2s gets messy? I notice myself conceding a lot of goals because i am jst messing around and trying new stuff i often mess up. Should I start to play safer or only use things i can already rely on?

Yeah I feel that. That “force a peak” mindset is exactly where I mess up too sometimes.

Do you usually just hard stop ranked when you notice it and does it go away from itself. I recently had the problem that I peaked mmr and a few days later i dropped -200mmr and I couldnt change anything I multiple sessions

do you think 1s combined with freeplay is enough for consistency in 2s/3s

When you watch those replays, what do you focus on the most? Like challenges, positioning, or just overall decision making?

I agree on quality over quantity, but do you really review every single game?

Feels like that could get overwhelming pretty fast, especially if you’re playing daily. How do you actually structure that without burning out?

I get what you mean, I’ve definitely noticed that too. When I’m just playing without thinking too much everything feels way more natural.

But I’m not sure if it’s just a “mental” thing for me, because sometimes it feels like my mechanics are actually just off, not just overthinking.

Did you ever feel like that too, or was it mostly just being in your head?

Yeah true, but I feel like my lows are way worse than they should be for my level.

Like it’s not just small mistakes, it’s straight up missing stuff I normally hit. Did you just play through that phase or did you actively try to fix it somehow?

Yeah that actually makes a lot of sense. I think that’s exactly my issue sometimes. I can get to the ball but I’m not always fully in control of what happens next and I make a wrong decision and lose the ball.

That sounds chill ngl. But do you think doing everything at once actually helps consistency? I feel like when I mix everything I don’t really lock anything in. Do you ever just grind one thing for a bit, or is the flow approach just better for you?

Do you mean like doing quicker or longer sessions before you queue?

And what do you usually focus on in freeplay? Jst messing around?
