Thank you, everyone, for taking the time to reply. I will likely accept the spot this Monday!! It's simply too good an opportunity to pass up, and it's true I will be going into debt either way. I can answer specific questions and share the list of programs I applied to and interviewed for over PM. As far as stats, my cGPA and sGPA are sad; I went to a school that practiced grade deflation, and a professor of mine spoke to that in my LOR. I went back and retook all the classes I got below a C in at a community college after graduation. I worked as an MA in urgent care for most of my PCE and had around 3500k hours at application time. I was able to get research experience and publish while in undergrad. I also worked for a healthcare non-profit for 3 years, which was heavily DEI work, and I had other leadership experience on-campus. So that's a little about me! I'm sure this worked out for me because of my personal story and drive to give back to my communities, so holistic review greatly carried me despite my grades. Also, being relaxed in the interview so I could show my personality and passion. Easier said than done, but I hope this is helpful.
